VVDN Online Proxy Form Instructions
For those neighbors who have provided a valid email address, you will be receiving your Proxy form through email. The email will contain a link to the Adobe Sign portal where you can complete and sign your Proxy form.
Once you have signed your Proxy form, you will get a confirmation and a link where you can download your signed copy, if you wish to keep it. On November 15th, these signed documents will be archived offline and deleted from the Adobe Sign portal.
