VVDN subdivision does not have a Home Owner’s Association (HOA). The VVDN subdivision owns and operates its own water company known legally as a water cooperative. The Water Co-op owns the well and its’ equipment and maintains the well and all its’records. Equipment includes an Arsenic Filter – Point of Use (POU) System installed next to the kitchen faucet in each residence.* The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) regulates our water quality standards and our water is tested by a certified operator on a regular basis. A Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is published once a year sometime in June with the previous years’ results.

A volunteer board of directors of your neighbors serve to keep our water safe and in compliance with all regulations. If you are interested in participating please feel free to contact us.
