VVDN subdivision does not have a Home Owner’s Association (HOA). The VVDN subdivision owns and operates its own water company known legally as a water cooperative. The Water Co-op owns the well and it’s equipment and maintains the well and all it’s records.
A volunteer board of directors of your neighbors serve to keep our water safe and in compliance with all regulations. If you are interested in participating please feel free to contact the VVDN Board.

Emails and addresses are verified and validated. We will remove names, addresses and emails of those who are not verified as residents of the Valle Verde del Norte Community.
We will only use your email for Valle Verde del Norte Water(VVDN) communications only. This is a private email list and will NOT be shared to any 3rd party vendors or outside the VVDN Community. We will periodically send VVDN billing information and news updates to the email registered.
