All Resident and non-Resident members are obligated to pay dues and assessments according to the rate fixed by the Board of Directors under the provisions of Article IX of the Valle Verde del Norte Water Cooperative By-Laws. All dues are to be paid monthly and are due by the 1st day of each month. Payments not received by the 10th day of the month are considered late and shall be assessed a late fee.

Payment Methods

  • Check
    • Check by mail is the default method of payment and incurs no additional cost to VVDN nor the resident.
  • Cash
    • While not preferred, cash payments can be made in person to the treasurer upon arrangement. Please, do NOT send cash to the PO Box.

  1. Most banks and credit unions offer online bill pay free of charge. You can setup your bill payments to VVDN Water through your online banking site.
